2017年底由國防科技大學自主擇業團隊創立，在“技術大停滯”和無人機市場混戰的背景下，面向國內軍民用市場（軍民融合國家創新發展戰略）和全球市場（中國崛起“一帶一路”戰略），研制高機動（垂直起降傾轉旋翼）、高效能（油電混合動力）、多棲（陸地/空中飛行摩托/汽車，水面/空中飛行摩托艇）等特點的載人/無人航行器和運動控制系統，力爭2025年成長為世界新型航空器研發領域的知名高科技企業。

現有辦公面積2300平米，購置數控車床、激光切割機、精密車床銑床、3D打印機、金屬三維雕刻機、動力測試臺等設備十余臺（套）。

現有員工37人，擁有一支博碩士和本科學歷為主、青春朝氣、敢打硬仗、能打勝仗的研發隊伍，已申請47項專利，其中17項已授權，30項已受理，13項已投稿。

In responding to the national innovative development strategy of civil-military integration and “One Belt ,One Road” strategy , a team from National University of Defense Technology founded CIV Tech at the end of 2017.We mainly make vertical take-off and landing tilt rotor UAV, oil-electric hybrid power vehicle, manned/unmanned aircraft and control system.We strive to become a well-known high-tech enterprise in the field of new aircraft research and development on earth by 2025.

Currently, we are working in a office aera of 2300 square meters, and we are equipped with more than 10 sets of manufacturing machine such as CNC lathe, laser cutting machine, precision lathe and milling machine, 3D printer, metal 3D engraving machine, power test platform and so on.

Currently ,there are 37 employees in our company, our R&D team is mainly made of doctors, masters and bachelors. The Core members of the company were military personnels from National University of Defense Technology, which make our team full of youthful spirit, can fight hardly and win battles.We have applied 47 patents of which 17 authorized ,30 accepted and 13 submitted.
