南京市特種設備安全監督檢驗研究院(以下簡稱南京市特檢院)成立于1989年,是經南京市編委批準,國家特種設備安全監察機構核準授權,專門從事特種設備檢驗的法定技術機構,隸屬于南京市市場監督管理局。南京市特檢院院現有員工200余人,其中專業技術人員占總人數的89%以上,包括江蘇省333高層次人才培養對象3人,研究員級高級工程師5人、高級工程師57人。
近年來,南京市特檢院依托籌建的“國家智能測控產品質量監督檢驗中心(江蘇)”,在高端裝備及機器人領域,不斷加強檢測能力建設及技術研發。從2016年開始大型起重機金屬結構無人機智能視覺檢測系統研發,成功研制了一種用于大型起重機的倒置式無人機智能檢測軟硬件平臺,能夠對大型起重機各種關鍵部位進行多方位拍攝無視場死角,解決了人員難以到達部位的檢測難題,提出了基于深度神經網絡的起重機結構缺陷圖像處理算法,實現了裂紋、銹蝕等的自動識別,獲專利授權2項,申請專利3項,登記軟件著作權1項,發表論文10余篇,掌握了全套核心技術。
目前,無人機智能視覺檢測系統已在港口起重機、大型游樂設施、塔架等結構檢測和安全評估中得到了重要應用,輔助檢驗人員對不易到達部位進行檢查,檢出了企業不易發現的 設備隱患多處,為企業日常維護保養和設備的安全管理提供了有力依據,保障了企業生產安全,其技術成果可推廣至風電設備、橋梁、船體、儲罐、多層框架鋼結構等室外復雜環境下在役大型結構表面缺陷檢測,具有廣闊的應用前景。

Nanjing Special Equipment Safety Supervision Inspection and Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as Nanjing Institute of Special Inspection) was established in 1989. It is authorized by the Nanjing Municipal Editorial Committee and the National Special Equipment Safety Supervision Institution, specialized in special equipment inspection of the legal technical organization. It belongs to Nanjing Administration for Market Regulation. NSEI currently has more than 200 employees, among which professional and technical personnel account for more than 89% of the total number. There are 3 "333" high-level personnel training objects in Jiangsu Province, 5 research-level senior engineers and 57 senior engineers.
In recent years, NSEI has continuously strengthened the construction of testing capabilities and technologies research and development in the field of high-end equipment and robots, relying on the establishment of "National Intelligent Measurement and Control Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Jiangsu)". Since 2016, the research and development of the UAV intelligent vision detection system of metal structure for large crane has been started. The software and hardware platform of inverted UAV for the large cranes intelligent detection is developed successfully.It can shoot the key parts of the large crane in various directions and ignore the dead angle of the field, which solves the problem of detecting the parts that are difficult to be reached by personnel. An image processing algorithm of crane structure defects based on deep neural network is proposed to realize automatic recognition of cracks and corrosions. It has obtained 2 patents, applied for 3 patents, registered a software copyright, published more than 10 papers, and mastered the full set of core technologies.
At present, the UAV intelligent vision inspection system has been applied in the inspection and safety assessment of the port cranes, the large amusement facilities, the towers and other structures. It has assisted the inspection personnel to detect the parts that are not easy to reach, and detected the equipment hidden dangers that the enterprise is not easy to find. It provides a strong basis for the daily maintenance and equipment safety management of enterprises and ensures the production safety of enterprises. The technical achievements can be extended to the surface defect detection of large structures in service in complex outdoor environment, such as the wind power equipments, the bridges, the ships, the storage tanks, the multi-storey frame steel structures, etc., which have a broad application prospect.
