公司擁有一支架構合理、創新意識強、文化素養高、互補性強的企業經營、管理、研發團隊（碩士及以上學歷者占25%），具備較強自主研發能力，完全掌握現有產品核心技術及知識產權，已通過ISO 質量、環境、健康、信息技術服務管理、信息安全管理等體系認證，并通過CMMI3級認證。

公司一直高度重視自有產品的科研開發及自主知識產權的保護，累計申請國家專利14項，軟件著作權14項，先后承擔包括《基于深度學習及紅處圖像的瓷、玻璃絕緣子狀態分析技術研究及應用研究》、《基于全景的輸電線路多場景AR巡視的研究與應用》、《基于虛擬現實及全景視頻的沉浸式飛行避障兩棲無人機巡線技術研究及應用》、《基于無人機的劣化絕緣子帶電檢測技術研究及應用》等各類電力科技（技改）項目二十余項，研發STS-H1電力無人機巡線仿真培訓系統、CID-P1機載復合絕緣子憎水性檢測與分析系統等多款產品，積累了豐富的產品設計、系統開發、項目實施經驗。

Our company has a R&D team with strong innovation awareness, high cultural literacy, and strong complementarity (25% of team members have masters’ degree or above). They have strong independent research and development capabilities, fully controlling of the core technology and intellectual property of the existing products. Our company has passed the ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001、ISO27001、ISO20000 certification, and the CMMI-3 certification.

Our company has always attached great importance to the research and development of technology. We have accumulatively applied for 14 national patents and 14 software copyrights. And more than 20 Software development projects has been successively undertaken, including Analysis system of Porcelain Insulators State Based on Infrared image , composite insulator hydrophobicity test and analysis system,,etc. We have accumulated rich experience in product design, system development, and project implementation in the development of various product processes such as the STS-H1 electric drone line patrol simulation training system and the CID-P1 airborne composite insulator hydrophobicity detection and analysis system.
