北京通用航空江西直升機有限公司前身為江西直升機產業投資管理有限公司。2014年，在江西省和北汽集團的共同推動下，北汽集團旗下的北京通用航空有限公司完成對原“江直投”的戰略重組，江西直升機公司于2015年1月15日在景德鎮市正式掛牌成立。享譽世界的“瓷都”景德鎮，是國務院首批公布的全國24個歷史文化名城之一，是國內唯一一座同時具備直升機專業科研機構和規?；a能力的城市，是國家唯一的“國家戰略新興產業直升機產業集群示范基地”。

The predecessor of Beijing General Aviation Jiangxi Helicopter Co., Ltd. (BGAJH) was Jiangxi Helicopter Industrial & Investment Management Co., Ltd. (JHII) Beijing General Aviation Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of BAIC, completed a strategic restructuring of the former JHII in 2014 under the joint promotion of Jiangxi Province and BAIC Group to the new BGAJH which was set up on 15th Jan. 2015 in Jingdezhen. Jingdezhen, the world-renowned “porcelain capital”, is the first batch of 24 historical and cultural cities announced by the State Council, the only city with both professional helicopter scientific research institutions located and large-scale helicopter production capacity and the unique “National Strategy Emerging Industry Helicopter Industry Cluster Demonstration Base” in China.

BGAJH will devote itself to three major plates “General Aviation Manufacturing”, “General Aviation Operation” and “General Aviation Tourism Culture”, becoming the Southern Helicopter Industry Base of BAIC General Aviation Plate, through the scaled high-level service-oriented international and decarbonated sustainable development road, depending on the talent advantage with elite gathered, technical advantage with complete set of industries, and the geographical advantages of Jingdezhen, adhering to the brand concept “Your Wish, Our Ways”.

BGAJH will dig deep into the advantage of the aviation industry, introduce the international advanced general aviation industry resources, promote Jiangxi Province to become the domestic general aviation manufacturing highland and general aviation operation regional center, and promote the development of BAIC's general aviation industry, via covering the whole industrial chain system of general aviation manufacturing and general aviation operation.
