中交遙感載荷科技集團有限公司成立于北京，由中科院技術專家團隊及軍轉專家團隊聯合發起成立，在中國交通部信息中心指導下定名為中交遙感，中國民航局產業平臺航投集團作為股東之一。航投集團有限公司是國家民航局依據《國務院關于促進民航業發展的若干意見》（國發〔2012〕24號）相關要求，經民航局黨組同意，由民航局主導，聯合民航主要企業和社會知名企業、航空公司，共同發起設立的主體多元化的投資管理企業，是我國民航產業中唯一由政府主導、企業化運營的，具有行業資源組織能力、資金投資能力、資產運營能力的綜合性投資管理機構。

2017年設立研發基地至“感知中國中心”物聯網基地江蘇無錫。2018年與中國科學院物聯網研究發展中心新疆分中心共同設立新疆自治區安防研究院。網信辦軍民融合促進會航空專委會低慢小運行與管控辦公室設于中交遙感子公司天域科技。同時發起成立中國衛星導航定位協會飛行器專委會，并任主任單位。

China Transportation Remote Sensing Loading Technology Group Co., Ltd.    was established in Beijing, jointly sponsored by the technical expert team of  the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the military transformation expert team. Under the guidance of the Information Center of the Ministry of Communications of China, the enterprise was named as China Jiaotong Remote Sensing. China Civil Aviation Administration Industry Platform   Aircraft Investment Group is one of the shareholders. Aviation Investment Group Limited is a diversified investment management enterprise initiated by  the State Civil Aviation Administration in accordance with the relevant  requirements of "Some Opinions of the State Council on Promoting the Development of Civil Aviation Industry" (Guofa [2012] 24). With the consent of the Party Group of the Civil Aviation Administration, it is led by the Civil Aviation Administration and jointly established by major civil aviation enterprises and well-known social enterprises and airlines. It is the only diversified investment  management enterprise Government-led and enterprise-oriented investment management institutions have the capacity of resource organization, capital investment  and asset operation in the industry.

In 2017, a research and development base was established to the "Perception China Center" Internet of Things base in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. In 2018, the Xinjiang Branch of the Internet of Things Research and Development Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly established the Xinjiang Autonomous Region Security Research Institute. Netcom Office  of Civil-Military Integration Promotion Association Aviation Special Committee  is located in Tianyu Science and Technology Co., Ltd., the subsidiary corporation of China Transportation Remote Sensing. At the same time, China Satellite Navigation and Positioning Association has initiated the establishment  of the Air Vehicle Special Committee and served as the director of the unit.
