長虹創建于1958年，前國營長虹機器廠，是我國“一五”期間的156項重點工程之一，是當時國內機載火控雷達生產基地。目前已成為集軍工、消費電子、核心器件研發與制造為一體的綜合型跨國企業集團。2018年長虹品牌價值達1460億元人民幣，穩居中國電子百強品牌第6位，四川百強企業第1位。

60年軍工技術沉淀下，長虹集合光電探測、大數據、云計算、傳感器等軍民兩用技術打造出以“數據云平臺+指揮中心+智能裝備”的執法解決方案可廣泛運用于多種執法及管理領域。長虹獨有的執法記錄儀、工業級作業無人機及地面設備的聯動運用更成為智慧執法的一大亮點。

Changhong was founded in 1958.It was one of 156 key projects during national “1st five-year plan” and the only production base of airborne fire-control radar in the country. It has become a comprehensive transnational enterprise group integrating military industry, consumer electronics and core device R&D. In 2018, Changhong brand value reaches RMB 146 billion, ranking the 6th in China's top 100 electronic brands and the 1st in Sichuan’s top 100 enterprises.

With 60 years of military technology precipitation, Changhong combined the dual-use military and civilian technologies such as photoelectric detection, big data, cloud computing, sensors, to created  law enforcement solutions with "data cloud platform + command center + intelligent equipment", which can be widely used in various law enforcement and management fields.
